7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged the full appointment fee or forfeit deposits paid.
Medaesthetix Institute reserves the right to require deposits for future bookings following repeated cancellations or missed appointments.
8. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- EFT
- Debit cards

- Other approved payment methods
9. Deposits
Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure a booking.
Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are:
